Only Your Support Can Make This Difference 28th Sep 2015, by Soi Dog Foundation
Marlboro arrived at our shelter after being beaten by people who lived near her territory and didn't want her around.
She went on to spend nearly a year and a half with us, until her lonely expression on our website caught the eye of Ted in the USA.
Ted went on to adopt Marlboro, now re-named Pring. Have a look at the picture on the right, taken by Ted, to see the difference he has made in this gorgeous girl's life. Thank you Ted!

Without YOU, There Is Simply No Hope For Her 27th Sep 2015, by Soi Dog Foundation
A HARSH INTRODUCTION TO THE LIFE OF A STREET DOG
They call me Tarntawan. I am a young girl, only about a year old, and the street is the only home I’ve ever known. Every day was spent just trying to stay out of trouble, just fighting to stay alive.
I don’t think I deserved the vicious assault from the big dog who bit me, but as a street dog of Thailand, it’s each dog for himself. I am a shy, quiet girl and I never stood a chance in that attack. The other dog’s teeth sank into my neck, ...

LUCY WILL LIVE OUT HER LIFE AT OUR SHELTER...
Will you SPONSOR her?
Lucy was found on the street by a man who brought her to the Soi Dog shelter. She was just a few months old and absolutely terrified.
Lucy has been frightened of people her entire life, but we don't know why. It is probably as a result of terrible trauma or abuse when she was very young - something she has sadly never forgotten.
Will YOU please join our Sponsor Club to support Lucy?
Despite concerted efforts to socialise...

WE SIMPLY WON’T MAKE IT WITHOUT HOSPITAL CARE...
I am one of the lucky ones, as you will see if you look at my before and after pictures below. My name is Blue Fur and I was just 4 months old when I was hit by a speeding car and left for dead.
I was found by a Soi Dog Animal Rescue Officer shortly after the accident. I was lying in a rain-filled gutter, unable to move. I have never felt pain like it and I was so very, very scared.
Unable to use two of my legs, it was obvious when they exami...

THE INVISIBLE DOG WHO SUFFERED SO LONG
I wasn’t able to tell them how long I’d been in pain or how unbearable that pain was. I am a boy called Caliban and my life has been lived on the streets – it’s not always easy.
I was found at the local bus station by an Animal Rescue Officer from Soi Dog. I had a terrible wound and bad swelling around my groin and it was obvious that I was in a great deal of pain.
Now that I am at the Soi Dog shelter, I have been started on the treatment I so d...

Timeline Photos 25th Sep 2015, by Soi Dog Foundation
3½ years ago, Shelby arrived at the Soi Dog shelter. One of our Animal Rescue Officers had found her near the airport, frail and emaciated.
Because of YOUR support, Shelby didn't remain that way for long. With your donations meaning we could take her in and care for her at our shelter, she soon made a great recovery.
We said goodbye to Shelby earlier this month, after she was adopted by Sue and left us for her forever home in the UK. As you can see from Sue's photo, Shelby has already settled...

SAVE CATS LIKE ME BY JOINING THE CARE FOR CATS CLUB
I am X-Man, a street cat of about 4 years of age. Like all street cats, I haven’t had the easiest life, but I managed to get by until recently.
I was found by a kind lady who feeds the stray cats in her community and who was horrified by my condition. A large, open wound by my left front leg was infested with maggots and dangerously infected.
My life was in grave danger. Left untreated, the horrible infection in that wound would have si...

"My name is Twinnie and I was dumped at the Soi Dog shelter as a very scared puppy with my sister Twinnsie almost 7 years ago now. It took me a long time to trust the staff here, and I am still very scared of people I don’t know.
When people are patient with me and spend some time in my run, I become a little more trusting and don’t mind the occasional pat and cuddle and maybe...
