I AM TOO SCARED TO LEAVE THE SOI DOG SHELTER RIGHT NOW – WILL YOU PLEASE SPONSOR ME?
I arrived at the Soi Dog shelter with a large, maggot-infested wound. I was just two months old and they called me Margarita.
Those early days on the streets were a struggle that has scarred me deeply and still today, I am a very shy and nervous girl. This means that I need a lot more work before I can be adopted.

THIS IS LOVE...
Reva was one of hundreds of dogs rescued from a truck that was smuggling them illegally across the Thai border.
They were destined for a primitive Vietnamese slaughterhouse, where they would be tortured and then slaughtered for their meat. Instead, thanks to so many Soi Dog supporters joining our fight against the barbaric dog meat trade, each one of them was rescued.

Rebel arrived at our shelter with a seriously injured leg and a prolapsed rectum. Having been hit by a car, he was battling life-threatening injuries and would never have made it without the support of people like you, which funded all his medical treatment.
It was sadly too late to save Rebel’s leg, which had to be amputated, but following that operation and further surgery to correct his rectal prolapse, he bounced back and adapted to life on three legs incredibly well.

Pea Mai was only a tiny pup when he arrived at our shelter in early January 2014. ("Pea Mai" is Thai for "New Year"). This poor little boy was almost totally hairless and battling some horrendous skin conditions.
