I was only 13 weeks old when I was found lying in a rain-clogged drain. The lady who found me had heard my screams of pain. My hip was badly dislocated after I’d been hit by a car and left for dead. My name is Bathilda.

MINUTES FROM SLAUGHTER, WE FOUND HER
Our undercover investigators discovered Boonchuay under the bodies of her dead friends. Her head stuck out of the tiny sack that was holding her prisoner; her limbs had been tied together, rendering her completely immobile.

AM I STILL HERE BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE ONE EYE?
My name is Bassoon and I am a 5 month old boy. I was only 3½ months old when I was viciously attacked by a bigger dog. It was the most frightening moment of my life and the attack seriously damaged my right eye.
Sadly, it was too late to save that eye. That terrifying attack had left it damaged beyond repair and the vets had to remove it. I have adjusted very well and am learning to live life as a one-eyed dog. It’s not so bad.

AT FIRST WE WEREN’T SURE HE’D WALK AGAIN
Dr Who was only five months old when he arrived at our shelter after being hit by a car and very seriously injured. Bleeding from the mouth, he had lost some of his teeth and his gums were badly bruised. Even more worrying was the fact that he was struggling to use either of his back legs and was in so much pain that he cried constantly.
