I was infested with ticks and fleas and the people who found me could see I was in desperate need for medical attention. So they called Soi Dog for help. Simla is only 4 years of age and was at death’s door when the kind man who found her brought her to our shelter. She was so weak she was unable to stand up and was refusing to eat. Without people like you, she simply has no hope.
