UPDATE FROM BELLISSA AS SHE TRIES HYDROTHERAPY
I am 9 month old Bellissa. My arrival at the Soi Dog shelter was horribly traumatic. After being hit by a speeding car, I was left with serious injuries. I was in a world of pain when found by the kind person who called the shelter. Shortly after, I was picked up by an Animal Rescue Officer.
