We are excited announce yet another #furrytailending reported to us from the UK. Cadillac recently arrived at her new home and has settled in better than we could have hoped for. Caddy was brought to our shelter when she was just a little puppy found on the streets. She spent over 5 years waiting for the perfect home. Unfortunately, because she is a black dog and has been shy in the past, she was overlooked time and time again. Finally, a wonderful family heard our cries for help and offered her...

My name is Breton and I’m a brave boy who suffered immensely on the streets of Thailand. I was found with a seriously injured leg and some nasty wounds on my face. I was in a world of pain when I was brought to Soi Dog’s shelter here in Phuket. The vets worked hard to treat me, but unfortunately my injury was too far gone and my leg could not be saved. Thankfully, I’m no longer in pain and have adapted to life on three legs very well. I am fast and energetic, so if you like doggie parks ...

Meet Girisha. She was found dumped in the jungle, her tiny body caught in suffocating vines. They were wrapped so tightly around one of her legs that they had cut off the circulation. Abandoned and all alone, she would have passed away in the most agonising way imaginable. Instead, thanks to people like you, and the kind Samaritan who found her, she was able to get the emergency help she needed. The wound on what remained of Girisha’s leg was horrendously infected and infested with maggots. I...

Manoga was one of 6 dogs that recently travelled to the UK and we're happy to report he has settled in extremely well and surprised everyone with his transformation! From a dog who could barely walk at the shelter due to a neurological disability, to a dog who's trotting around the house and jumping on the sofa, we could not be happier for him. This #furrytailending brings nothing but joy to our hearts and his new mum is clearly smitten with him: “One week in this country and rescue dog Mano...

Just when you think you’ve seen it all… WARNING- distressing images! Sometimes we’re lost for words. Julian, Juliet, Rojor and Robert were only weeks old when they arrived at our shelter. They have been subjected to incomprehensible cruelty that truly defies belief. One evening, a kind lady was walking home and heard the unmistakable sound of puppies crying. It did not take long for her to search and find four defenseless and severely injured pups. To her disbelief, someone had inflict...

Please meet Dirk! A rescued kitty living at Soi Dog Foundation, Phuket, Thailand. Dirk was a street cat who came in for treatment due to continuous vomiting after he's eaten. Vets at the shelter found that this poor boy has a condition called megaeosophagus. This means that there's an enlargement in his esophagus that doesn't allow him to keep his food down. The solution, is to make sure that he eats a special diet while standing, letting gravity help push his food down into the stomache! Simpl...

Just a few months ago we called on our supporters to help find handsome Shadow a loving home. Thanks to YOU, he has found a wonderful family and is living out his #furrytailending in Toronto, Canada. Shadow was brought to our shelter after he was thrown into the local Government Dog Pound to live out his days. When he arrived at the pound he was limping and his X-Raysshowed he was in need of immediate surgery. Luckily he was taken to Soi Dog. Shadow's sweet and affectionate personality captu...
