They were found crammed in an old, rusty cage in the front yard of a house; their mouths cruelly wired shut; their legs tied tightly together with ropes.
Despite the horror they had already suffered, the dogs remained eerily silent - completely resigned to their fate. Thanks to the swift action of our trusted partner organisation Animal Kingdom Foundation (AKF), they were brought to saf...

Could Utian be the one for you? https://links.soidog.org/adopt-utian
Life was tough on the streets for 🌟Dog of the Week🌟 Utian. She was unwelcome by locals in the area she was living, and she struggled to defend herself against the bigger streets dogs around her.
Then, one day, she was hit by a car! It was at this point that someone reported Utian to Soi Dog – and thank goodness they did. She was bleeding internally, had multiple fractures to her hips and legs and needed urgent care....

Hello there, it’s Reungjai 👋
You might have seen me before splashing around the Gill Dalley Sanctuary and showing off my beautiful soft black coat - yes, that's me!
Despite everything I have been through, I'm still such a happy girl with a passion for life. Especially when it comes to water. Oh I love a good bath 🛁🐕🦺.
Due to my unique needs, it's sadly less likely that I will ever find a forever home, but I am still hoping for that - maybe a big mansion with a huge doggy pool...

#SoiDog20Years 🧡
If 2021 had proved challenging, 2022 was hot on its heels.
With a seemingly constant stream of new animals arriving, further expansion was required, so eight more communal enclosures were built, capable of housing up to 150 more dogs.
To help reduce the strain on our already overstretched hospitals, a third community outreach team was launched and almost 11,000 community animals received their care through the year. The teams also continued to provide medical support and ...

We're kicking off Adopt A Less Adoptable Pet Week with Tommy's story.
Tommy was one of our long-term residents, calling Soi Dog his home for nearly four years. He first arrived at the shelter in June 2019 in shocking condition. A severe skin disease had left his body almost hairless, and he was weak with anaemia.
With the right treatment, much of Tommy’s fur grew back, though it’s still missing in patches, giving him a unique look.
Tommy had been at the shelter for nearly four years and...
