The word “boogie” brings fun to mind – like dancing, or surfing on a “boogie" board. But our poor Boogie has had anything but a fun life. Homeless, with no kind owner to look out for her, she was found wandering near a water treatment plant with a horrendous wound on her right hind leg.
We could rescue Boogie thanks to kind animal lovers like you. If you're not a member already, please consider joining our Emergency Response Team. Click here to learn more and to join: https://bit.ly/sa...

Give a black dog a chance: http://bit.ly/372yucM
Rescued from the horrific Dog Meat Trade, Jessie was given a second chance at life.As you can imagine coming from such cruelty and such neglect, it was not an easy road to recovery for poor Jessie. She struggled to trust people and find her confidence. In addition to her fearfulness, we worried that she would go unnoticed amongst the other dogs.
However, after time and patience from not only Soi Dog but also one of our well known Partner Rescue...

Look at this fluffy ginger baby, Martino, and imagine how gorgeous he’d be if he hadn’t been homeless for a long time, with no one to care about him.
This 3-year-old was found by a compassionate Soi Dog supporter and veterinarian near a Phuket restaurant, suffering with a terrible skin condition and hair loss. She alerted us, and we are helping him now.
Will you please join our Care for Cats Club so we can always be here for cats like him? https://bit.ly/saving_martino

Polo's #Furrytailending
When we featured our co-founder late Gill Dalley, holding this pitiful little pooch, everyone wanted to know more about her.
It's been over 6 years since this picture was taken, but this doggie was worth a post of her own. Would you believe us, if we said that the fluffy ginger dog on the right hand side of first picture is the same dog that Gill was holding, when she was rescued off the streets, in 2016?
She was named Cristy Polo, now mostly Polo, was...

Who doesn’t love a good skyline?
With beautiful skylines across the country, no one can blame Gawain for making the USA the top of his bucket list. Due to breed specific legislation, Gawain has been patiently waiting for 847 days to get his golden ticket to the States.
While Thailand may seem far away, it won’t take long to be united with this handsome boy. Besides, he already has his socks, sandals and selfie stick packed…what are you waiting for?
Bring Gawain #outtheshadows: http:...

If you read our posts regularly, you can probably guess what has happened to poor old Nongmouth here. The 10-year-old, who was homeless, somehow got wounded on his mouth and neck. Ever eager to feast on wounded flesh, maggots invaded.
It’s awful, and yes, kind of disgusting to think about. The good news is, Nongmouth is at Soi Dog Foundation now, getting help. To ensure we can keep helping animals like him, please click here to give: https://bit.ly/yes_i_want_to_help_senior_dogs

Your sponsorship will make a big impact in the lives of hundreds of dogs like Zadonin. Please sign up to sponsor her here: https://bit.ly/Sponsor-Zadonin
Zadonin is more than 5 years old, but has never had someone to love her. She was found seriously injured, lying by the roadside. Our vets determined she had suffered a spinal fracture. At first, she dragged her hind legs when she walked.
But Zadonin is a resilient dog, and made a miraculous recovery. She has no trouble walking today.

By nature, Seamus is a shy boy. But this suffering dog was so desperate for help with a horrible neck injury he’d gotten, he ran straight into the house of a human he didn’t know.
Fortunately, the man who greeted him loves animals. He paid for Seamus’s care at a nearby clinic, but the poor boy needed long-term treatment. Luckily for him, one of our vets was the kind man’s neighbor, so Seamus ended up at the Soi Dog hospital.
Please, will you click https://bit.ly/save_seamus now and j...

Speedy by name, Speedy by nature. With his sleek coat and racing stripe down his nose, nothing can slow him down.
Speedy G was rescued from the exaggerated rabies scare in Northern Thailand. His race began when he and hundreds of other dogs made their way down to Soi Dog after being rescued from their grim reality. Now that he is in our care he can finally see the finish line in sight.
Given his speed and determination to win your heart, we hope that he will race to the finish line in record...

This is the continuing tale of three little kittens. They hadn’t lost their mittens…it was a much sadder story. They were found apparently abandoned in a rice field with the flu, their little eyes severely swollen and infected. One sadly didn’t make it, but two - a boy and a girl - did.
This post is about the little girl, Thungnar. But before you read about her, please consider helping kitties like her and her brother by joining our Care for Cats Club and giving regular support to felines...

1109 days. That is how long Venaro has been waiting for someone to pick her. As each day passes and her run mates come and go into loving homes, her hope dwindles.
As another person failed to notice her, she had a bright idea! Venaro decided it was time to shine the light on Black Dog Syndrome and bring black dogs out of the shadows.
Many people unintentionally favour lighter-coloured dogs or dogs with unusual markings. The most common reasons are that black dogs don’t always stand out, the...
