Just Imagine. You Have A Broken Arm After Being Hi.. 16th Mar 2020, by Soi Dog Foundation
Just imagine…
You have a broken arm after being hit by a fast-moving vehicle. You have nowhere to go. No one wants you around because the wound is infected and smells rotten. Maggots have started to eat away at your flesh. And the wound is so deep you can see the bone.
Imagine, you have had nothing nutritious to eat in weeks. You are emaciated, weak with anemia and the toxins from the bacteria infecting your wound are starting to enter your bloodstream. And now, you have little time left bef...

I arrived at the Soi Dog shelter with a large, maggot-infested wound. I was just two months old and they named me Margarita. Will you help me by going to https://links.soidog.org/sponsor-Margarita to sponsor my care?
Those early days on the streets were a struggle that has scarred me deeply and still today, at 6 years old, I am a very shy and nervous girl. This means that I need a lot more work before I can be adopted.
You can still help me by doing something very special. Will you visit htt...

🌟Dog of the Week🌟
Boogie has a happy-sounding name, but she was desperate when she arrived at Soi Dog with a mangled leg. Sadly, it had to be amputated to relieve her awful pain.
Dogs are resilient creatures, though, and this spunky three-year-old is ready to boogie on with her three remaining legs! It’s hard to believe this pretty girl was a homeless cruelty victim just a few months ago. Despite all she’s been through, Boogie’s sweet spirit remains intact. She was once shy, but no...

Living on the streets wasn’t easy. I had no one to care for me and every day was a struggle to find shelter and food. One day I was hit by a car.

I was roaming around, desperately trying to find my owner who had clearly dumped me somewhere far away from home. Leaving me just with a worn out collar as a reminder of better days.
The vets here found that I suffer from dry cornea in both of my eyes, which makes my eyes produce discharge. That means that you would need to give me eye drops twice a day and clean my eyes if needed. I am a good girl and am happy to let you do that.
Could you find it in your heart to give a darling like me a l...

🌟Dog of the Week🌟
Dogs never cease to amaze us. Maxma here is no exception with his one ear up and handsome smile, we can’t help but adore him. His life wasn’t easy. Poor Maxma showed up in a cocnut plantation out of nowhere. The locals tried to care for him but quickly noticed he was so terrified – he wouldn’t stand, walk or eat. They knew he was not safe in this area, so he was brought into our care.
Despite taking some time to shake off his fear, it was clearly evident that Ma...

Hi there, I’m Maengern which is Thai for “silver mother”. Just like silver, I’m precious, unique and I shine bright!

Our eyes were sore and inflamed, and we were suffering from varying degrees of blindness. We couldn’t see the dangers around us, and finding food and clean water was becoming more difficult by the day. The officers knew we would...
