A testament to how well the animals are being cared for once they are rescused, no fighting over food, no fighting with each other, peace and harmony, that is until the rescuers leave, then the howling starts,

You can see how the dogs love her, (Might have somethig to do with the fact she has the food), She is just typical of the kindness and love shown by the Thai peoples to the animals and to one another, when most other countries would be rioting, looting and going crazy, Thai people come together and take positive action.

This Kind Thai Lady is the Dogs Island Guardian, she has keot feeding and watering the Animals on the bridge and the island, before the teams arrived, She is a real Kind person :-)

CINDY & DEREK'S STORY... read our volunteer's first hand account of their rescue mission to "Dogs Island" where 100 dogs are stranded on a bridge & adjoining island. Volunteer boats arrive every day to feed & spend time with these dogs. This is a 4 hour journey from Bangkok on the back of a truck. This is heart wrenching work for all the people involved. THE HOWLING!! DOGS STRANDED IN BANGKOK FLOODS!This clip was filmed by Cindy & Derek at "Dogs Island" in the Bangkok Flood district. Volunteer boats arrive each day to feed & spend time with 100 dogs stranded on a bridge/island in temple grounds. When the humans leave, the dogs howl.... it's a heart wrenching experience which you never forget.
