A few of the ones that did not make it. (Photo taken today by Khun Bee). The floods interrupted our efforts to stop the trade. We are now back fighting it. Over 6,000 dogs intercepted in past 2 weeks. We are doing all we can but need funds to combat it. We know of at least 4,000 that were not intercepted despite authorities being informed. ONE THAT GOT AWAY. Your donations are not only helping us fight the trade but also to get some of the dogs out and to new homes. June was one of 22 dogs transported last week to Bangkok from Nakhom Phanom. Currently at Soi Dogs Flood transit center in Sukhumvit 71, but will fly to Phuket tomorrow to continue treatment before flying to a new home in San Francisco. Please remember that 95% of Thais find the trade as abhorrent as you do. There is a growing number of people here calling for new laws and an end to the trade. many are working with us and risking their lives in fighting the trade.

PLEASE HELP US. Even hardened police and Thai army soldiers were reduced to tears at what they encountered. PLEASE HELP ME! Just one of the more than 6,000 dogs intercepted in Nakhom Phanom and Sakon Nakhom provinces in the past 2 weeks. Another victim of human ignorance and brutality. Our dear and beloved "beach dog" Loco was found dead on Surin Beach weeks ago. Some locals said that he was killed for unknown reasons. Soi Dog USA volunteers and supporters Ro and Mah will deeply miss his beach friend. Loco was around 7 years old and was one of the sweetest dog on earth. RIP dear Loco.
