SWEET SANCTUARY ARRIVAL FOR MADAME THE CHIMP IS DUE TO EBOLA FEARS
Madame sways from a tree branch with a sturdy laugh. She hasn't the slightest idea what the Ebola virus is or exactly how it led to her recent rescue, but the air smells good here at the sanctuary, and from the safety of her caretaker Killi's lap, she can spot at least a dozen other chimpanzees.

Each day, hundreds are fed in the streets and there's an ongoing spay/neuter & international adoption program here. It's such a blessing to be able to help these animals who are considered vermin in their community.

SOLDIER AND DOG HIT BY ROADSIDE BOMB ARE REUNITED!
Army Specialist Brent Grommet and his bomb detecting dog Matty narrowly escaped death in June 2013 when they were hit by a roadside blast in Afghanistan.

FIREFIGHTERS RESCUE DOG HIDING UNDER BED IN HUGE BLAZE
