Don't let her gentle appearance fool you, Danka Kantar has the heart of a lion. She has gone winters without any heat at all. She cleans and feeds (and sometimes bottle feeds) more than 120 dogs and cats each day. She and her husband have sold nearly all of their furniture to pay for kibble. And yet they don't complain. Someone dropped off another 9 puppies today. The pups are clearly from two separate litters. Rescuer Danka Kantar is beyond worried. People in the community won't sterilize their animals and simply keep sneaking them onto her property. Even with a camera, it's so hard to identify who is responsible. Soon comes all the costs of vaccinating and spaying/neutering each puppy. We are so overwhelmed with emergencies large and small. Today we surely could use a miracle.

The Cutest Pet ID Tags

We don't normally share products, but this one looks pretty neat. There's space on the back for special information about your pet's health, veterinary phone number, etc. What do you all think? Would this be a benefit for animals who are found? Of course, it doesn't replace safety measures for preventing animals from becoming lost in the first place.
