EVEN IN THE RAIN, WE NEVER STOP
Today's rain was certainly not going to stand in the way of our volunteers delivering food to some 350+ street cats in Turkey. Some of the cats even dined under an umbrella.
Our dream is to create a permanent sanctuary for the cats here and to spay/neuter and relocate them all to that haven. Land has been procured, and now we're slowly putting together the funds to build.

GIVING HOMELESS DOGS FOOD IN THE SNOW
"Christmas is coming, everyone is happy, celebrating, but the poor strays are hungry," one Romanian rescuer said this morning sharing these photos.
"Snow is almost as tall as the dogs," Ioana said. "Freezing temperatures, living in the middle of the nowhere, cold and hungry. During winter this poor dogs need better food and more food so they can put weight and make it trough the harsh season."

There is no better reward for our efforts in Romania than to see these dogs, once sentenced to death at the so-called "garbage pound", now enjoying their new homes. Families abroad are taking in the dogs we’ve been rescuing from a notoriously cruel dog pound on the outskirts of the city Targu Neamt. Each of these dogs was so thin and so frightened when we first intervened, and now, their sorrows are a distant memory.
