Owner Throw It Out Of The Car And Leave.牠被主人从车子上抛出..

This is a very sad case, someone witnessed its owner throw it out of the car and leave.
It is a mixed breed Labrador, about 2 years old, tame.
A very large injury was found at its neck, our volunteer rushed it to the vet. After vaccinating, it felt better but due to the shelter is full and no more large cages for it, we have no choice but to keep it at an empty land. That was not an ideal spot for it, so we hope that it can be adopted.

"TENBY" Visit ISPCA Shelter

On Saturday, Mrs Victor brought a total of 24 teachers and students from Tenby International School to the shelter for a visit. They donated pet food to us generously a total of 225 kg.

This Is Our Thirtieth Year. Our Main Achievement I..

This is our thirtieth year. Our main achievement is to renovate and build better habitats for the dogs in our shelter.
Our shelter had been the same for more than 20 years, and we are facing another challenge: 220++ dogs’ meal for a month requires RM8800.
Hereby, we hope that more people can support us.

Thank you to the dog lovers who visited today,they brought along many delicious foods for the dogs in our shelter.(240 bol
iled eggs & some minced meat)
after viciting everyone talked about dogs and knew more about the shelter.Some youth also came to know more informations
about being a volunteer.

we are selling our 30anniversary charity dinner tickets(20th June 2015),our aim is to raise fund for building more dog shelters to replace old dog cages.
from this year's. January until now,we already build 36 units new free run for shelter dogs. but we still have about 120 dogs kept in narrow cages.

Thank you volunteers who helped prepare nutritious dog food at the shelter, especially for the 15 weak and skinny dogs among 221 dogs in our shelter.

It Tail Squashed By Car 被车碾断了尾巴的狗

A youth informed us that a stray was at his door, its tail suspected to be cut off by someone (actually is squashed by car). It was bleeding and hiding. Our volunteers and the youth took some time to capture it along with the help of the neighbours. Finally it was successfully caught and medical aid was given to it.
Due to time matters, the vet clinics are closed, we have no choice but to send it to the vet the next morning.

TNR PROGRAM IN GOPENG

This is the second time ISPCA organize TNR event for the public and strays, we also got helped by the MCA Division Gopeng (Lawan Kuda) , and also Dato Alber Chang for sponsoring RM2000 for the event.
Our neutering event started at 9 a.m. and ended at 5 p.m., a total of 20 animals underwent operation, 4 of them brought by Pakcik and Makcik from Batu Gajah, we promised them before that we will neuter 4 of their animals for free. As for the other animals we only charge RM50.

This lady was complained by her neighbours. Her attitude is bad. When we went to her house after receiving the complaint, we had to do three visits, the first was when she wasn't home, the second and third time we were uninvited, but at the fourth time we persuaded her until we could not tolerate her attitude anymore and kinda barged in.

Due to uncontrolled stray problems, ISPCA will be holding TNR Stray Neutering Program at Lawan Kuda Basketball court.Gopeng (opposite Wisma MCA Lawan Kuda).12th April 2015(sunday) 9am~2pm

Bernadette Ding from london, she come to ipoh for vacation, she heard a kitten last night and found it in a drain. it was raining and it will be dangerous for it. she saved it and today she gave it to ISPCA. we thank her very much. the kitten will be sent to the volunteers for adoption.

Its Spine Was Cut . 牠的椎骨被人砍断

This afternoon, someone informed us that a poor stray dog was injured by a motorist. We rushed to the reporter's shop and found the dog lying in pools of blood, the cut on its back remarkably deep. With the help of the owner of the shop and a helpful passerby, it was sent to the vet as fast as possible.
Unfortunately, the vet concluded that its spine was completely chopped into half.
We made the final decision.
It will not suffer anymore.

The Dog Car Accident And Immobilized一只遇上车祸不能行动的狗

Residents found a dog by the road, it was involved in a car accident and immobilized for two to three days!
When we found it, it could not move.
We sent it to the vet immediately, the vet said that luckily its legs were slightly injured, after injection it needs someone to take care and feed medicine for about two weeks.
We followed the details on its collar tag and successfully found its owner.
They are also happy to found back their lovely dog.

Today's event we've got about hundreds of dogs (thirty and more species) joined, all twenty of our volunteers are very busy. and we are glad to see so may citizens joining in the fun.MKA organiser Mr Lau and fellow members introduced different kinds of species of dogs to the citizens, the crowds also learnt a lot, when the doggies started their performance the applause was thunderous.
