On 19 August 2016, Jazmin, a kind hearted lady was walking her dog at Taman Timar, Gunung Rapat around 8.30am, she spotted this poor stray in the drain. His right eye was popped out, with a bruise on the forehead and left hand was injured, Jazmin assumed that this poor stray was involved in an car accident. Pets Fiesta 2016. Ipoh 宠物嘉年华

Ipoh Pet Fiesta finally ended and it was a huge success. This two-day fiesta attracted a total of 40 thousand's attention, and every booth is crammed with people. It was truly "people mountain people sea" (crowded).
On that day, the International Championship organised by MKA was also a huge success, about 200 wonderful dogs participated.
** Animals successfully adopted and found a new home:21 dogs and 13 cats .

There are quite a number raging cases about irresponsible people abandoning their pets recently. For this case, someone has abandoned and left their pet in a public park.Fortunately, a kind hearted Indian lady, Tasani has temporary taking care of the dog. And since she could not take care of it in long term, therefore, she decided to contact ISPCA hoping to get some assistance on this matter. ISPCA has again being defamed by Noah’s Ark Ipoh (NAI) on social media, with no solid evidence. On the 3rd of August, one of the person-in-charge of NAI has uploaded a photo about 4 puppies which are abandoned in front of ISPCA Shelter and stated that ISPCA Committees IGNORED and NOT taking care of the abandoned puppies.
However, we would like to clarify that from our CCTV footage, we found out that:-

Regarding Noah’s Ark Ipoh (NAI) second wave accusation towards ISPCA, we (ISPCA’s committee) felt utterly disappointed.
NAI is in fact, difficult to be satisfied given that ISPCA has unconditionally agreed to let NAI continue to handle the cattery, with the hope that NAI can take over and have more manpower to take care of the cats.

issues, we, ISPCA management feel the need to explain it to the public.
