Ispca Received A Call From Ms Darshini Regarding A..

ISPCA received a call from Ms Darshini regarding an American Pit Bull Terrier suspected to be abandoned at Medan Gopeng area, it was seen there for about 3 days already. Together with our volunteers, we proceeded to the location to look for it.
Fortunately, we were able to trace him down. His hindlegs are too weak to even stand up. Tears can be seen when we approached to help him. We weren't able to detect any microchips with details of owner on his body.

Ispca Received Call From Ms Salmi Norli Last Week ..

ISPCA received call from Ms Salmi Norli last week asking for help as one of the strays she has been feeding was injured badly at its right front leg.
We found out that its entire front leg is infected badly until part of the bones is exposed. The injury was handled by some kind soul before but it didn't help much.
We immediately sent it to veterinary clinic for treatment but sadly, the front leg has to be amputated.

We Finally Caught The Dog In Our "High Wanted List..

We finally caught the dog in our "high wanted list". She has been in our radar for a couple of months. In the end we found out her hiding place. She is so smart that she could even our attempts to capture her. But with our high determination she is now in our hands. Sent for spaying and soon will be released back to her lepak spot. Thank you to those who have extended their help and support in this mission.

This poor little puppy was ran over by a car, and damaged both its front limbs to the point where the bones were cracked. The vet gave it an emergency operation, but due to its weak health and too much blood loss, it might not manage to survive the night.

Yesterday, while the MBI workers are doing their daily jobs, their lorry were halted by a young Chinese man. He then proceeded to hand them a dog and left in a hurry before the workers could question more about this situation.

Today we received a report from volunteers about a wee little puppy with hundreds of maggots all around its body.
The volunteers also mentioned that the strays from the area are all neutered. We suspect that someone purposely abandoned the poor little puppy there.
After rescuing the puppy from the drain where it was located, it was sent to the vet for further check-up and administration.
