A Meaningful Talk Was Successfully Organized By Ut..

A meaningful talk was successfully organized by UTAR students under a volunteering programme, at the hall of SJK(C) Pei Yuan, Kampar. The talk was about how to provide care and love to animals and it was given to all Standard 4 students from SJK(C) Pei Yuan.
We have brought along 5 dogs to participate and interact with the students during the talk.

ISPCA and Ipoh City Council (Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh. Enforcement ) has finally come to a conclusion and agreed to spend six months to perform TNR system on 500 strays, to test the effectiveness of the program. Markings will be done on the strays' ear, putting on a red colored collar with numbering and not to forget, microchips will be inserted for easy identification of the stray.

Ipoh First To Run Stray Animal Population Plan

IPOH: The city is set to be the first in Malaysia to run a “Trap, Neuter, Microchip, Release” programme to control the stray animal population. A six-month trial run will begin on April 1, with the consent of the city council, said Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) president Ricky Soong.

A very thankful to O My Dog's managements and St Michael institution Basketball Club (En.Christopher A/L Arulsamy & Cik Wong Chin Fui) that has been very helpful to do all the cleaning on our dogs.
Most of our dogs has been trapped in the shelter for many years and waiting for adoption.

THE Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) has submitted a memorandum on its “Trap, Neuter, Microchip, Release, ” programme to the Ipoh City Council in its bid to lower the stray dog population.
The memorandum was presented to Ipoh City Councillor Datuk Mohamad Raduan Mohd Kasim by ISPCA President Ricky Soong at the city council headquarters on Tuesday.

Our Tnr Project Is Once Again Accepted By A Factor..

Our TNR project is once again accepted by a factory. They had too many stray dogs and the management is disrupted. They wanted to abandon some of the dogs, and asked for our advice. After recommending TNR project to them, they praised it and sent all eleven of their dogs for neuter, cut ear (for marking) and imolanting microchips.
Finally, these eleven happy dogs all became part of the factory security and continued working at the factory.

Do you still remember this little furry kid???
It was the dog that has been put on a muzzle for a prolonged period of time by its previous owner. This incident was reported by a kind-hearted man to ISPCA and so after that, ISPCA together with authority from the veterinary department (Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar) went to rescue it from its owner. ISPCA has temporary taken care of it after the rescue, while waiting for it to be rehomed.
