Tahukah anda, penyu karah (Eretmochelys imbricata) selalunya akan bertelur bermula dari April sehingga September setiap tahun. Seekor penyu karah mampu bertelur melebihi 600 biji telur dalam satu musim dengan purata ia naik ke darat untuk bertelur adalah sebanyak 4 hingga 5 kali. Setiap kali bertelur, sebanyak 120 hingga 160 biji mampu dihasilkan.
