WWF-Malaysia telah menjalankan kajian menilai daya tampung (carrying capacity) Kompleks Hutan Bukit Fraser dari segi fizikal dan ekologinya, dalam usaha mengimbangi pembangunan ekopelancongan dan pemuliharaan ekosistem dan biodiversiti.
Beberapa cadangan tindakan dan garis panduan berdasarkan hasil dapatan kajian tersebut telah dibentangkan dan dibincangkan sewaktu bengkel perkongsian yang diadakan pada 14 Mac lalu di Mega View Hotel, Kuantan.

We celebrated World Wildlife Day 2023 with a community workshop in Nabawan where we explored the concept of "Tagal Hutan" together with the community there. The overall goal of a tagal system is to ensure that natural resources can be sustainably managed so that it can continue to be available to the community for generations to come. We hope that this workshop is the first step in understanding the community traditions in Nabawan and how a tagal practice may be adapted to it.
