Global Tiger Day is on July 29. Malaysia's been in the spotlight after a raid by the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (PERHILITAN) in Pahang last week.
Valuable animal parts were seized, including skin suspected to be from three Malayan tigers, including a cub. Six poachers were arrested, all believed to be a part of an illegal International network. Read more about it in the article by WWF-Malaysia CEO, Dr Dionysius Sharma: https://shar.es/a1171u
