SATURDAY CRIME NIGHT – ABUSED PUPPY’S MIRACULOUS SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE In the UK earlier this year, four boys under the age of 16 and under the influence of drugs, stole a puppy, fed him drugs, kicked and punched him, and wrung and broke his neck.
