TRYING TO CONTACT ACRES?
Unfortunately, we cannot be reached at our office phone number (+65 6892 9821) or fax number (+65 6892 9721) at the present time due to extensive storm damage to the cable lines in our local area.
Our office internet connection is also not working, meaning it may take longer for our staff to reply to your emails.

Yoyo, a long-tailed macaque, was hit by a car earlier this year. He underwent two weeks of intensive treatment and his vet bills came to SGD$1,669.18. Thankfully, he recovered, and was successfully released back into the wild!

MEET DESSERT, THE LEOPARD GECKO
Dessert, a leopard gecko, was found along with two other geckos at rubbish dump outside a fish farm. His two companions were very skinny and frail. All are victims of the illegal exotic pet trade and reckless abandonment by their owner/s.
The geckos had been left in a bag beside the bin, and thankfully a member of public found the bag and passed them to us.

WHAT IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN MUSIC AND ANIMALS?
Serangoon Symphonic Band (SSB)!
The SSB at Serangoon Secondary School held a fundraising roadshow at their school, raising an impressive total of $1399.95 for the animals, in just one day!
Each of the 58 band members spent 11 hours preparing and delivering the roadshow. That means the entire SSB family dedicated 638 hours to the animal protection movement!
