APPEAL FOR INFORMATION ON USE OF DARTS ON BIRDS AT JURONG WEST On 28th February 2020, ACRES was alerted by a concerned member of public who rescued a #RockPigeon with a dart on his/her body at 864 Jurong West Street 81. Upon arrival, we also observed another pigeon who had two darts on the body but managed to fly away.
