Traps Traps 26th Aug 2011, by Animal Concerns Research & Education Society (ACRES)
Killiney, the squirrel from a glue trap went through a second round of cleaning this morning. Although her fur had to be shaved at certain areas, we are so happy to share that she is ready for release very soon. She has recovered from shock and has started eating as well :) With the good news of her recovery, our puncture wounds from handling a stressed squirrel seems worth it! ;)

A big thank you to the students and staff at NorthLight School for inviting us to give a talk about dolphins and the plight of the 25 RWS wild-caught dolphins. We were thrilled that so many of you came along to our roadshow to help the dolphins, by taking a petition photo urging RWS to 'please let the dolphins go'.
