Our rescuer, Daniel, used a catchpole to lift the cat from the branches that it was wedged between, and brought it safely to the ground. Although the cat appeared flustered, it was unharmed. The ginger ear-tipped cat, being a community cat, was then released. We thank our informer, Mr Terry, who alerted us to the distressed animal.
