APPEAL FOR INFORMATION: PET ABANDONMENT On Thursday, 21 January 2016, the SPCA responded to two separate cases of rabbits that was allegedly abandoned. The first case was of four rabbits abandoned in a box, at level 1, lift lobby B of Block 436 Fajar Road.
