Pet Grooming School Owner Gets 6 Weeks' Jail For Abandoning 18 Dogs 24th Sep 2016, by SPCA Singapore
A SMALL WIN FOR THE ANIMALS

Garmin's newly launched Delta Smart device claims that it has the ability to "reduce or eliminate unwanted behaviour" through inflicting shock to your pet. http://www.straitstimes.com/world/united-states/do g-zapping-device-raises-howls-of-protest
Garmin declares: "Dogs aren't born with manners." Well, neither are humans, but we would abhor the use of electric shock on a child.
