APPEAL FOR INFORMATION
We are appealing for any information to help us with a case involving a cross Persian cat, allegedly abandoned in a pet carrier at the void deck of Block 256C Sumang Walk.
A young couple was seen carrying the pet carrier around the area about two hours earlier.
The cat is suffering from a uterine rupture and prolapse. It is currently being cared for at the SPCA.

ANIVERSITY - AN EDUCATION WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN SEVEN YEARS OLD AND ABOVE.

IT TOOK A COMMUNITY TO RESCUE PAGODA STREET CAT
We have been receiving multiple reports about a black cat stuck on the roof of a building in Pagoda Street since late last week. Our rescue officer, Lee Yao Huang, visited multiple times, trying to find a way to get to the cat.

DONATE YOUR OLD NEWSPAPERS, PLEASE
When you’re done with your newspapers, you usually throw them away or recycle them, right?
You could help animals at our shelter by bringing your old newspapers down to SPCA at 50 Sungei Tengah Road, Singapore 699012 and depositing them with our Reception.
Newspapers are used to line the bottom of enclosures and play areas. As they get soiled quickly, newspapers are in constant demand at our shelter.

Pet Businesses Will Soon Have To License Dogs Before Sale: AVA 9th Nov 2016, by SPCA Singapore
NEW DOG LICENSING RULES - HOME BREEDING LOOPHOLE REMAINS
On average, 200 pet dogs a year are left at the SPCA unclaimed by their owners, after the dogs were found wandering the streets. Many of these dogs have microchips that are not registered in AVA's system.
