On 5 September 2024 at around 2:30pm, a member of the public discovered two chinchillas in a tall metal cage abandoned at the void deck of Blk 643 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5.
The chinchillas are now with the SPCA, and the case has been escalated to the authorities.
The SPCA does not have legal rights to retrieve the CCTV footage from nearby cameras.

NINE CATS FROM MEI LING STREET SUSPECTED VICTIMS OF POISONING
