🕵️‍♀️ INSPECTOR STORIES On 21 September, the SPCA received a call about a cat kept in a cage on a first-floor balcony. A concerned passerby, who had suspected neglect, captured video evidence when a window was left open. On 13 October 2024, a female poodle cross was found along the corridors of the 11th storey of Blk 134 Bedok North Street 2. The individual who reported this to the SPCA knocked on several doors to locate the dog’s owner, but no one came forward to claim her. The dog was subsequently brought to the SPCA.
