Warmest thanks to Jonika for donating 2 bags of 20kg kibbles and 3 large bottles of shampoo.
She came to our weekend bath day just last week, and last night she volunteer to help out in the adoption drive.
We are truly grateful for her continuous support towards our society.

Ini hari-lah! 10 puppies were adopted out tonight.
Blessings to all the adopters who made an effort to come adopt from us. We are truly appreciative of your action.

While we were having our Dog Wash Weekend at shelter yesterday, we would also like to give credit to another group of our volunteers who are working hard helping out at MPSP Pound.
We have our all time committed volunteers, S.S.Lee and Richard leading the project. And also a new volunteer, Robert Kok who had came all the way from Balik Pulau to give a helping hand.

A muscular strong boy is urgently in need of a home.
He is currently under foster care but MPSP has given out a 2nd warning to fosterer so we need to help get as many of her rescued dogs adopted before they are all removed by the council and god knows what their faith will be then.
He is a good guard dog and already neutered. If you are interested to adopt him, please call 012-4983583.

This female shih tzu was dumped by her owner outside our shelter.
Our shelter received a call earlier asking us to accept a shih tzu. Due to it being a female, we have requested for a surrender fee equivalent to the spaying cost in order for us to bring the shih tzu for spaying after she comes in.
Unfortunately, owner had resolute to dump the shih tzu outside our gate instead of paying for the surrender fee.

Aunty Yan is one of our all time committed volunteer who never fail to come help out on our events, may it be adoption drives or during our bath days.
It's miraculous seeing how she work in the shelter and handle the dogs. They seems to sense her sincerity and will usually give in to her command, no matter how aggressive the dogs are.

Think Before You Adopt.
Regardless how we hope to find homes for all the homeless animals around us, do please take a moment to consider the forthcoming commitment and whether you are able to cope with the additional responsibilities.
Sure, you saw a pitiful puppy on the streets looking at you with doleful eyes and at that instant you just want to bring him back without thinking much. Or you visit the local shelter and saw a cute lil’ kitten that just can’t stop mewing at you as if begging...

A female dachshund mixed who was previously kept as a guard dog for a temple gave birth to a litter of puppies 3 months ago.
The temple now threaten to throw the mama dog and her 3 female puppies out should no one take over them.
A rescuer is buying time by telling the temple owner to give him sometime. The mama dog has been taken for spaying and is now recuperating at the clinic.
Please help to find homes for the mama dog and her puppies before they turn homeless.

This female terrier mixed pup was abandoned by some irresponsible owners when they moved out from their former house. She was left in the house without any food & water. A kind soul who lives at a nearby flat discovered the pup in a weak condition and he has been feeding her since then.
Unfortunately, the house is now being occupied by foreigners & they threatened to harm the pup if she is not being taken away the soonest. Is there anyone who is willing to give this pup a loving home?

S. S. Lee spotted this dog with a license tag caught at MPSP DOG POUND and with that we managed to trace down the owner.
Apparently, owner thought he had lost his dog forever. Upon receiving our call, he immediately went to claim out his dog from the pound. The joy of being able to reunite with his pet after losing hope is just indescribable.
