SPCA SEBERANG PERAI will be holding our Pet Adoption Day at MPSP Car Free Morning, held at Jalan Todak 2 & Jalan Todak 3 (behind Sunway Carnival Mall) on 3rd May 2015 from 7am to 12pm.

A male poodle was surrendered today to the shelter. He was crying seeing his owner left. We hope that someone with a passionate heart would come forward to give him the loving home he deserves.

The sight of this Shih Tzu alone is enough to bring tears to any human beings. One could not imagine what he had been through to end up what he is today. He should be having a happy and lovely life with his human family, if you agree...but instead he had ended up with one blind eye and the other...half blind!

A pomeranian estimated to be around 6 years of age was found limping on the streets with a broken jaw by a good Samaritan at Taman Alma Jaya.
The case was reported to SPCA Seberang Perai, after which we arrange for the pomeranian to be brought to the vet for a thorough check up.
It was believe that the furkid might have been knocked down by a vehicle causing the broken jaw. And as for the injured limb, it was detected as an old injury thus nothing more could be done.

This is the dog at Bukit Dumbar Badminton Arena, spotted with a big maggot wound on his back.
We located the dog last Saturday and though he is not approachable and does not allowed to be touched, we managed to sprinkle some medication powder on him.

Found barely alive on a roadside, Mila was rescued just in time. Weighing only 3.6kg, she was emaciated, blind in 1 eye and suffering from fungal infection of the skin. Her face, neck and back were covered with sores. She also has a slightly crooked jaw and several missing teeth. Her back was hunched with front legs bent outwards - this posture is typically seen in dogs that have been confined in tiny cages their entire lives. We wrap-up last evening's adoption drive with 8 puppies being adopted.
