This Cats the owner threw it into SPCA Seberang Perai shelter and escape away.
The cat 😺 conditions look very bab especially two eyes got inflection and she refused to eat. We decided to send her for further medication at Pet wellness.

As raining season, our shelter for Block A always facing with flooding issue while heavy raining and we need to carry immediate action to build an addiction drain for draining out the water from our shelter.
This additional drain works will cost about RM 5,000 and we look for the donation as possible in order we can complete this additional drain system as soonest..
