The flier below was presented to SPCA yesterday 7th August to help circulate as the dogs were not found since then. Owner Ivan Pang has distributed fliers and hung banners in town for the return of his 2 dogs. Banners went missing too. This is the culture of some Penangnites who have the habit of removing banners from the streets even though they were licenced by MPPP. Our three banners for our 18/8 SPCA Family Carnival hung at various places had the same fate too.

This is a female, 7 year old Golden Retriever brought in from Butterworth on 3rd August. A good samaritan has given her shelter for 3 weeks with the hope that she could be reunited with her owner. She was found wandering in the vicinity of Raja Uda. From her microchip, owner has been found. Unfortunately it is traced down to a Breeder in Ipoh. On 2nd August morning, a Male German Shephard dog was dumped by his IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER outside SPCA gate with a slip of paper which reads like this:
"Dog Name is Lucas
Please take care it well.
Sorry we no time to take care it
This Dog know English & Mandarin language only.
Thank You for Your Help...."
Dog has a microchip and has been traced down to its owner/owners. No one seems to admit that dog belongs to them and their responsibilities have been pushed to one another. Clinical ...

A black 10 1/2 year old Pekinnese male dog Wally needs you very much to reunite him with his family. He was left in the care of a friend at Richmont Residences in Jelutong not very far from the SPCA. Wally got out of the house on Tuesday 30th July when the door was left opened. He was then seen taken away by someone in a car. A shih-tzu was picked up and brought to the shelter on 19th July. She was found wandering near Caltex Petrol Station in Jalan Air Itam. We believed she may be abandoned by her owner. Her fur was all matted up and she was tick infested. She also has eczema on the neck area as can be seen.

"We found an alsation/german shepard along jalan tanjung bungah, near the floating mosque. It's a he, around a year plus or so. He's wearing a light blu nylon colar. Since SPCA Penang is closed on Sunday, we put him at Sugarae Pet Village @ Persiaran Tanjung Bungah. SPCA will collect him from Sugarae tomorrow. Anyone who knows the owner of the dog, ctc me Sharon Kow@ 0166933716."
