Hi Everyone, **SECOND APPEAL**
A crossed Chihuahua male dog was brought in February 20 to the SPCA shelter. He was found in the vicinity of Sri Perdana Condominuim at Jalan Arratoon on 7th Feb. and finder had kept him since then. We believe he may have escaped from his home.

So many lost & found dogs right now. Chinese New Year is around the corner. There will be lots of fire cracker sounds which will stress out your pets. We wish to advise pet owners to keep their pets indoors and or properly housed to prevent them from going missing. And do take extra care with doors and gates during the festive season when you have visitors.

This male Shih Tzu has just arrived. He was picked up by 2 good samaritans who found him roaming outside Kong Min School Cawangan 2 in Paya Terubong. We believe he may have escaped from his home. Hmm... we just wish whoever his owners are would exercise more care. So far, no one has reported to SPCA of their dog being lost. Would you help SPCA reunite him with his owner? This crossed poodle/terrier female dog was brought in on 21st Jan. She was found in a box near a rubbish dump in Farlim area. From the look of her condition, we don't believe she was abandoned by her owner. The photo was taken after she was given a good bath and groomed. Can anyone recognise her owner? A Closer Look At Separation Related Problems In The Dog Survey

An appeal for a PhD project:
“A closer look at separation related problems in the dog”
Academics at the University of Lincoln, UK, and the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Kosice, Slovakia, have just launched an online survey which aims to improve our understanding of dogs’ behaviour in the owner’s absence.
If you currently own a dog, it would be much appreciated if you took part in the survey, and also passed this on to other dog owners.
