SSPCA CATS WILL BE AT THE SUPERCATS SHOW THIS SATURDAY, at Go Down Amphitheater on the waterfront. Not all the cats can come, so if you are interested in adopting one of these beauties please PM or email to sarawakspcagm@gmail.com.

I AM A SHELTER DOG. What will happen to me if someone doesn't give me a home? I've heard that at this time of year people do "spring cleaning" and some decide to throw out their pets. Please prove this isn't true -- care for your dogs and cats, keep them safe and let them love you. TRAPPING DOMESTIC ANIMALS IS A CRIME! We are receiving disturbing reports that someone is randomly trapping cats in Satok, Kubah Ria and Kenyalang Park. This must stop and we must find and bring the culprits to justice. Much-loved pets are missing. THANK YOU kind animals lovers for your support this past weekend. Four adult dogs are howling with happiness that they have homes! Puppies will be raised by loving families. Our shelter has much-needed chicken and cleaning products.

THIS IS A STORY OF THE POWER of volunteering + fostering + adopting = success. Little Snowflake was one of 4 very young puppies found in a box, dumped at the SSPCA Shelter, on September 17, 2015. College students who had come to Kuching to do volunteer work took on the responsibility of fostering -- the bottle feedings every 3 hours through the night, the cleaning, the cuddling. HERE IS THE HAPPY STORY OF JAX, adopted from the SSPCA Shelter 31 May 2015:
Our family adopted one of the biggest blessings in our life, a German Shepherd/Dalmatian mixed breed puppy that we named Jax :)
He's one of the sweetest yet mischievous dogs, and very smart too! Just by observing what we do, he learned how to open the mailbox all by himself! Here is a photo on the day we first saw him at the shelter, and the rest are of him many months later in his loving home :)

From Day One when Jrossi came home with us from the SSPCA, in August of 2015, he has brought us nothing but tremendous Love, pure Joy & great Fun to the family!
