Someone dumped it at the shoplots right in front of our shelter. According to reliable source, a huge parcel was placed around 6 in the morning.
This minute Telomian is a distemper survivor. We need a GOOD SAMARITAN to help to foster, hopefully to fall in love with it too. It is all brown, furry Telomian.

It’s stupid, senseless, selfish cruelty. Pet abandonment, is it fair?
Tying an animal to a bench and leaving it for dead, is Murder! Animals, as pets, give constant love and we repay them by murder! If rescued will they ever learn to trust again? On 6th August 2016, we had kick-off our community project: SSPCA's Donation Baskets.
These baskets, placed at retail outlets, are for kindhearted people like you to put your donations of rice, kibbles, detergent, shampoo, clorox, towel. You don't have to travel far to our Shelter anymore.
We will be collecting your donated items from these drop off centres once a week, or earlier, if the basket is full.
