It only takes 2 to tango, to create a city of cats with a population of 11million. The whole Kuching shall be flooded with cats if we don't act now.
There will be no space for our kids to play at our playgrounds.

When: Saturday (18 March) & Sunday (19 March)
Time: 11:00am - 4:00pm
Apart from getting tips on how to raise human babies, we are also there to speak on 'How to take care our fur-ever baby - Dogs'. The talk is scheduled at 12noon on Saturday, 18 March 2017.
Our friendly Adoption Team members shall be there too, assist you in adopting our animals from 11am to 4pm, on both days; Saturday and Sunday.

MISSING DOG.
Last spotted at about 10am today (13/03/2017) around the Saberkas/Green Road area.
Male.
Completely black.
Wearing a blue collar around his neck.
Looks a tad bit like a German Shep, but smaller.
About 5-7 years old. Probably weighing about 10 kgs.
Has lived and grown up in a home compound area all his life, and has rarely ventured outside.
House member irresponsibly left him outside this morning, and I suspect he may just be lost.

SSPCA - Donation Baskets
On 6th October 2016, we kick-off our community project: SSPCA's Donation Baskets.
These baskets, placed at retail outlets, are for kindhearted people like you to put your donations of rice, kibbles, detergent, shampoo, clorox, towel. You don't have to travel far to our Shelter anymore.
We will be collecting your donated items from these drop off centres once a week, or earlier, if the basket is full.

This is Ah Boy, taking in some Vit D in the mid day sun around Brighton Square. His bright green collar shows us that he has been neutered and vaccinated then returned, all part of our CNVR efforts working with sponsorship from the companies in that area. As the shelter are now over crowded,we have no choice but to start euthanizing some of the animals.
We are desperately seeking help in finding them a home.They are innocent and do not deserve to be sentence to death..
Look at the photos of the selected few for now.They are healthy,neutered and vaccinated but their time is up.

SJK Chung Hwa No.5 - Sale For A Cause
On 24th February 2017, students from the Primary 5 Biru led by Cikgu Tan, of SJK Chung Hwa No.5, packed tidbits, books and soft toys together with SSPCA merchandise items and sold them to their schoolmates and teachers to raise money for the wonderful animals at SSPCA. Through their hard work, they raised a total of RM1,713.50.
