The Altruistic Team from Unimas, together with their partners; Lodge and of SEGi Rotaract Club, launched an effort to raise funds for the animals. This incredible amount could not be achieved without support from the community who put their thoughts with the animals. They also realised that raising fund alone would not put a stop to animal problems in a long run, and hence 'Voice for Paws 'event was held at CityOne Shopping Mall to create a greater community awareness on 18th November.

๐ถ Rose is my name. And here's my story.
My Che-Che found me wandering in the bushes nearby, months ago. I was trying to find my mum. All I wanted was milk being a baby.
Che-Che brought me to a home. I tried to find Mummy among the huge pack, but none of them looked like Mummy. Che-Che fed me with milk and here I am, strong and healthy.

The dogs are barking loudly and the cats are purring with love.
A huge pawry thanks to a social hiking group whom called themselves as BJV Hiking Club (formerly known as Borneo Joyous Venture) led by Ching Eng Meng, for making a special huge contribution to our residence.
Every single drop of 'sweat' from these hikers was collected to buy 150 packs of rice, dogs' kibbles and wet-food, and not forgetting dry food for our cats.

- Visit our Animal Shelter at 7th Mile area, or our off-site adoption drive and see the variety of animals available.
- You will be briefly interviewed by staff/volunteer to find out more about your experience with animals, residence & housing arrangements for the animal.
- Enquire about the adoption fee and conditions for adopting the animal.
- Fill in the adoption form, make the donation and take your pet home.

Meet Sinki
Sinki is a 7 months old. She has been a good girl at our shelter, and we hope Santa Claus or Santarina would adopt her.
We used to shower her in our washing basin when she was a young puppy. Eversince then, Sinki has grown fond with sink (basin), hence her name 'Sinki'.
Sinki has completed all her vaccinations, and spayed.

We can't be running this animal shelter if it were not you. Every donor โ every ringgit, every pinch of rice, every drip of your sweat โ makes a difference. Thank you to each and every one of you. You change lives!

Ben is a playful yet obedient 5 months old Mongrel. Ben is always seen at the gate of our puppies zone, woofing at many people to give him a furever home. If you could connect well with him, he will be your most loyal friend ever.

A group of students from Hospitality Management and Culinary Faculty chose SSPCA as beneficiary for their MPU2112 Pengurusan Ko-Kurikulum. They are all animals lovers, especially dogs and cats.
The SEGi students baked cookies to raise funds for our shelter. They sold their delicious cookies during our off-site adoption canpaign at Green Heights Mall and our SSPCA Christmas Charity Carnival. They managed to raise RM1,815 through their efforts.
