Dogs are companionable creatures. They require social interaction with humans and other animals. Regular exercise such as in the form of daily walks, and interaction with family members are a must. Pica Chew - that is the technical term for digesting anything not classified as an actual food. Most common form of pica is rock, plastic bags, wood, paper, and many more. My dogs and puppies at home, harbors a particular fondness for tissue papers although they need not be cleaned!

A group of 10 students from NiIT's Business Faculty chose SSPCA as for their MPU2112 Pengurusan Ko-Kurikulum project.
The students displayed their skills in making food like sushi, bibimbap, sandwiches to sell to their fellow collegemates, lecturers and public within the college premises at Jalan Keretapi. Besides that, they also had a few sessions to walk our shelter's dogs.
With all their hardwork and efforts put in, they managed to raise RM4,300, and they used these funds to buy our shelter...

Royal Canin Malaysia is collaborating with SSPCA on its programme called 'Pet On Board' on this weekend's off-site adoption drive.

The Altruistic Team from Unimas, together with their partners; Lodge and of SEGi Rotaract Club, launched an effort to raise funds for the animals. This incredible amount could not be achieved without support from the community who put their thoughts with the animals. They also realised that raising fund alone would not put a stop to animal problems in a long run, and hence 'Voice for Paws 'event was held at CityOne Shopping Mall to create a greater community awareness on 18th November.

My Che-Che found me wandering in the bushes nearby, months ago. I was trying to find my mum. All I wanted was milk being a baby.
Che-Che brought me to a home. I tried to find Mummy among the huge pack, but none of them looked like Mummy. Che-Che fed me with milk and here I am, strong and healthy.
