Although we are surrounded by sad news everyday, we see many ordinary people step up to lift each other. Animal welfare groups always tend to be the last ones to get aid. We are ecstatic that we are not forgotten!
Extremely grateful to Marissa and Friends for helping us to feed our 400+ residents over the MCO period. Through Marissa's postings on her personal Instagram, we are able to receive many goodies on alternate weeks.

This Two Adorable Siblings Were Found Abandoned Ne..

This two adorable siblings were found abandoned nearby our shelter on the last quarter of 2019. They have grown up to be the darlings in our shelter.
Inseparable duo; they are always seen being together all the time. Their bond is so strong, that we foresee that they may miss each other if they are adopted separately.
Gender: Both female
Age: 10 months
Health: Core and rabies vaccinations are done, also spayed.

A stray mother cat entered Diana’s home, one of our volunteers, a few weeks ago. The cat was surprisingly friendly. She didn’t show any signs of hostility when Diana stroked her head. Our volunteer observed that the friendly feline didn’t have any unkempt fur and the cat was pregnant.

A Few Photographs And A Video Of A Cat Hung On The..

A few photographs and a video of a cat hung on the gate at one of the housing estates in Stapok area, has gone viral on social media. In a 11-second video clip, a tabby cat can be seen motionlessly hanging on the gate.
The case has been reported to the police and statements have been taken, not only by us, but also 5 other concerned animal lovers in Kuching.
We hope that justice will prevail for the cruel death of the tabby cat.

Our Residents Were Barking Furiously While We Were..

Our residents were barking furiously while we were at our kitchen preparing food for them.
We ran to our gate. We thought our supplier dropped our food supplies. We were dumbfounded by this act of some cruel human beings. Should we discover it later, these poor 3 female puppies would have been suffocated to death.
Let us reiterate "Pets DO NOT spread Covid-19, only human beings do!". Stay at home and stop abandoning pets!

Masyarakat tidak perlu gusar dan khuatir kerana Haiwan kesayangan bukan penyebar virus Covid-19. Buat masa ini, pemilik haiwan tidak perlu menjalankan ujian pengesanan virus CoVid19 pada haiwan kesayangan mereka.
Berasaskan penemuan saintifik semasa, walaupun haiwan kesayangan boleh dijangkiti dengan virus CoVid19, namum ia TIDAK MERBAHAYA kerana virus ini hanya menyebabkan jangkitan yang ringan pada haiwan tersebut.
