MPSP Dog Catchers in action on 8/Oct at Bukit Tengah!
The dog was just lying on the road and did not even give any sign of aggression upon the approach of the dog catchers. But WHY does these barbarians have to drag him on the road like such? Is this the humane method that our State government is referring to?

Once again, let us reiterate that culling will not help in preventing rabies. In fact, this is a cruel method and more humans will be put at risk if these strays continue to be provoked.
Please have a look at the data enclosed, extract from DVS's website. As at October 7th, Penang has by far culled the most dogs, though with the least rabies cases reported (4 cases to be exact). This Dog Was Rescued From Sungai Petani With A Hug..

This dog was rescued from Sungai Petani with a huge swollen penis and was brought to the vet who diagnosed him with transmissible venereal tumor, or TVT, which is a naturally occurring tumor that is sexually transmitted from one dog to another.
After a series of treatments, Kimo is now all healthy and well.
MDDB & MCCP Northern will be subsidizing the medical bill for Kimo which include all medications, 6 weeks of chemotherapy and 6 weeks of boarding, totalling RM906.

Animal Saver Hong Kong will be having a Public protest against the killing of strays in Malaysia (Perlis, Kedah and Penang) today.
On behalf of the strays, we thank them for their concern shown and effort to organize this cause to voice out for the voiceless in Malaysia.

First of all, let’s not mix rabies outbreak control with strays population control.
When the news of rabies outbreak was announce, NGOs were not inform or rather invited to have a discussion on how to overcome the crisis. In fact, they have a closed door discussion among themselves and next the thing we knew, the culling order was signed. NGOs are well aware that culling does not solve the problem of rabies, but it will worsen the crisis. Strays will run for their lives seeing the dog catcher...

On The Surface, They Show Their Sincerity To Work ..

On the surface, they show their sincerity to work with WVS in coping the problem of rabies but actual fact, they are using the excuse of rabies vaccines shortage to continue culling. They will have no reason to kill once vaccines arrives thus they have now implement round the clock culling to kill as many dogs as possible. The true color of the wolves had now been revealed!
