UPDATES - 4 Sterilized, 1 Spared 3rd May 2011, by MDDB & MCCP Penang
As per our posting over the weekend, all 5 dogs from Nibong Tebal have been safely removed and are now boarding at Peng Aun Veterinary Clinic for their sterilization surgeries. However, we received a call from Peng Aun Veterinary Clinic yesterday that unfortunately, one of the dogs is pregnant and could not be spayed. Therefore, she is spared from the surgery...for now. URGENT - Help Needed To Transport 5 Stray Dogs 29th Apr 2011, by MDDB & MCCP Penang
A feeder from Nibong Tebal has receive a tip-off that the council will be going to her neighborhood to shoot down all the 5 strays that she has been feeding due to complain lodge by her neighbors. We need URGENT help in terms of transportation to remove the 5 strays from Nibong Tebal and transport them to a destined location in Butterworth. Didi is a stray dog infected with "cauliflower" growth. Her cancerous growth will worsen (like shown in photo below) if left untreated.Didi is currently being treated at Life Vet, Penang Island. We hope to help raise fund for Didi's medical fees as she will need to be boarded at the vet's place for a month to complete the whole course of 4 jabs (1 jab per week) in order to recover.
