"Queenie's kidney values is reducing, but she still vomit and the fracture bone is exposed cause her alot of pain, we put her on pain killers."

"Amputation surgery is done, she is still very weak... we need to force feed her...
Next surgery will be the removal of the necrotised kidney & repair the wound.
Since the surgery is major, we will be requiring blood from both dogs.. "

Miu, our new volunteer, she said “..would like to come If timing is permissible ..” 💪💪💪
At the moment, many kennels need to be put a layer of paint for maintenance.
Last weekend , she was here to help on Sat & Sun, she even bought our fund raising T shirt to support us 😊😊😊
She will come back again for this weekend😇😇😇

Today Meera is having her second surgery to remove a tumour from her left ear that wasn’t completely removed the last time and has since regrown...
This time round, the surgery is Rm4,000. 😰
We are going ahead with the surgery as this means a possible life extension of 4 years for Meera if all goes well. This is if the vet successfully removes all the cells this time round.
She will not require chemotherapy and her left eye will not be able to blink anymore and constantly needs eye drop aft...

Recently we have been offered a decent dog kibble (nearing expiry date) for just RM80 for an 18kg bag, which is a super good deal, as the kibbles normally cost over RM300 a bag. We want to purchase more of these kibbles since it is now at a price we can afford.

Dr sent us the message :"As we started diuretics yesterday to promote urine production... She had urinated in the cage but the abdomen is also enlarged... On x-ray there is a lot of fluid in the abdomen.... which is urine...Currently we can't visualize a bladder on the xray..."
"There is a high possibility that the urinary bladder is partially ruptured...We will need to do a contrast x-ray to confirm if it is a bladder rupture or possibly ureter or urethr...

The latest update from Dr: "she vomited half of the food and liquid as well... We rechecked her kidney, the value gone up remarkly which explain the vomiting..."
"Creatinine from 206 to 568... Urea from 15.6 to 41.2... Her kidney is failing... We have started to treat with diuretics today... So for now... The primary attention will be on trying to cope with the kidneys.."

Dr said: “the dog ‘s R hip is luxated and the left lower hindleg is badly fractured. She can really feel any pain sensation .....The left leg is very swollen and bruised...."

Next morning , the poor dog was still there & she can’t move with her legs & stays at road side with no shade. 😭😭😭
