Last weekend adoption drive @plantyofjoy_my we have special guest, Lester & his team from @mypawerrangers who wish to help the animals in need & also shoot content to help bring awareness about the struggles of strays/ shelters.
They joined in our event activity with the intention to provide SCAS with more publicity in the process

Today, we would like to share a wonderful update from Rocket’s adopters. Rocket is a lucky puppy who was adopted earlier this month, by a very caring family.
He is doing very well at his new furever home. Enjoying his walks, loving his treats and chasing leaves in the porch.
He’s even learning to use the peeing pad and pooing outside.
Rocket’s family puppy-proofed their yard, so Rocket cannot escape and get harmed.
What a wonderful example of a perfect adoption! Congrats to all of you ...

Food Is A Daily Necessities For Our 500 Dogs Cats ..

Food is a daily necessities for our 500++ dogs & cats at the shelter, to fill up a big amount of stomaches, we needs at least RM30000 to sustain in each month.😱 On top of that, we still received multiple inquiries to send in animals or rescue, but our ability is limited.
Now the food fund is not sufficient and we worry how we could continue to sustain for subsequent months😥.

Today, we have amazing news to share! Halia was being fostered by a kind friend of our team since April, he had back wounds and an infection of the urinary tract. After the daily medication and wound care, Halia’s health issues are all healed and he has recovered well.
Furthermore, he learned to get on well with his foster siblings. With his sweet meow and purrs, Halia purred his way into his foster dad’s heart, who has now decided to give him a home, permanently....

He’s only four months old and won’t survive alone on the streets for long.

Grandpa Cheetos needs your help! 🧡❤️🩹
Cheetos is about 10 years old, a beautiful male ginger long hair cat, who has been staying at our shelter since November 2023. Over the last few months, he has been eating less and less, and last weekend we noticed he’s got some discharge coming from his mouth.
After a vet check, it turns out that Cheetos has an oral ulcer and severe gingivitis. Some of the tooth root is exposed. This condition is very painful for him....

These 2 skinny motherless puppies , one of them has a big open wound at the neck 😥
Now they are safe at the shelter.
But as all cells & kennels are all occupied, we place them temporarily in an isolated cage for monitoring 💪
These 2 poor babies need a your help to give them a healthy life & medical care.
No amount is small to help us to take care of them
