Medical fund for Nexgard
SCAS has since the last two to three months, facing a very great challenge. Our shelter is going through a very severe tick outbreak and it has yet to end. We have been tiredlessly sending dogs to the clinic and almost all of them were attacked by tick fever. Tick fever can be fatal and we never take it lightly but sadly, almost all the dogs that diagnosed with tick fever, could not make it through. Cooper βs mum & 7 2 months old babies rescued to the shelter in March 2022 πͺ
Only Cooper was adopted, the rest are still waiting for ποΈ in the shelter.
Cooper siblings r > 1 yr old & mother is > 2 Yrs old , all have been neutered & vaccinated π―

Update on Junie, the paralyse dog
Junieβs Medical Fund is stopped
Junie, a female stray dog was rescued by one of the Puchong feeders in June. We have no history of how and why junie was paralyse because at the time of rescued, Junie was dragging herself looking for food during midnight. After admitting into 3 veterinary clinics, Junie was diagnosed as having broken spine and pelvic which caused both of her back hinge legs paralyse .
