Aunty Kiew's very first dog that was rehomed in July 2009 since we started Paws Mission, previously known as Mei Mei (Che Che's biological sister), now renamed Yuki, sent us her new year greetings to all the aunties and uncles at the shed! Abandoned Dog Need A Foster Home!

We spotted this beautiful dog wandering around the area in Happy Garden Old KlangRoad 2 weeks ago.She does not look like a stray at all from what we observed. After several round of feeding and checking, we managed to talk to the neighbourhood aunty and found out that it is an abandoned dog belong to an old uncle who stay in a corner lot house.Poor dog was crying and whining for the first week after being abandoned and trying to get back to the gate of her old place where she used to stay. Why CheChe Loves Hanging Out At The Temple Now

Cheche is one of the furrizen with the longest ‘tenure’ in the shed. Aunty Kiew will always let Cheche roam outside the shed when she comes to feed the furrizen knowing that Cheche will obediently return to the shed. Nowadays, we find that Cheche is very reluctant to return to the shed. Everytime we go to fetch her back to the shed, she will lie down on her belly and refuse to budge. So most of the time we end up carrying her back to the shed :D And last week we find out why… ...

A Happier And Healthier Bruno!

Bruno the loyal guardian of the temple is looking better nowadays. Plus, he actually let us pet him more now. Last time he used to run away when we tried to approach. Thanks to a certain Linda ( you know who you are ) who helped us gained Bruno’s trust =) This is Bruno a few months ago when he was very skinny and have a quite severed skin problem. We received following SOS from Teresa. Please please help if you’re staying near Old Klang Road. Attached are pics of a brown dog, whom I have befriended and named Moolloo. Subu The Gentle Giant

Never judge a book by it’s cover =) Subu, although huge in size and has the look of a very grumpy dog, is a gentle giant. Rainbow

Rain from USJ who is our regular donor has rescued a kitten and Mrs Lai has adopted her. Mrs Lai named her Rainbow and she is hyperactive. The pictures will tell you all. According to Mrs Lai, she let her out of the room and stay downstairs most of the time. Rainbow is hyperactive as you can see from the pictures. She literally "kangaroos" around the house! HELP!!! we’re currently bogged down with too many rescues and not enough helpers/volunteers/fosterer/adopters.. Our hands are really full and we’re really sorry we’re not able to answer all cries for help. We don’t even know how long do we have before we’re being evicted and we can’t imagine what will happen to the furrizens at the shed if we’re not able to secure a land then. So far we’re very fortunate that the temple are kind enough to let us occupied the empty land ...

Mass Spaying.. Well, Sorta

First of all, our Zillion Thanks to SPCA for giving us the opportunity to spay 5 of our furrizens at their Klinik Kembiri at a discounted rate ( God knows we need to save as much $$ as we can ). Thanks also to the volunteer from SPCA whom helped us transport the furrizens from our shed to Klinik Kembiri =) And not forgetting to Mrs Lai and Kim (who took leave from work to attend to this). Nearly Earless Docky

Those of you whom had been following our blog for some time may remember DOcky, the 12 years old dog that was abandoned by his irresponsible owner when they shifted.
