Chonky is a very loving girl. She comes when called but only if you put your hand out for her to rub her face against. You'd never guess that when I first came across her, it took weeks for her to even come close to eat and months to relax in my presence. I don't know what she's been through, but I suspect she was abandoned.
She has made leaps and bounds in terms of coming out of her shell. She already enjoys being in laps, goes absolutely bonkers over string toys, tolerates brief cuddles (no squeezing it frightens her), and I am working on teaching her that it's okay to be carried. She is not very food motivated, which is surprising, but she responds very well to praises and scritches.
Looking for a patient pawrent who can accommodate/handle some initial wariness and distrust, possibly random meowing at night, and is willing to give this adorable chonk a chance to shine. Will prioritise paired adoptions with Axel or OG.
