A very playful and friendly little chap with medium length coat and a bushy tail. With blue eager eyes and strong agile limbs, he is acrobatic and can climb and jump as high as counter tops and washing machines. Always eager for a quick rough pounce and a dash run with his playmates, he is extremely energetic and active. He is always curious and very talktative and doesn't hesitate to let you know what he wants and when he wants it. He is extremely cuddly when he warms up to anyone and allows anyone he is comfortable with to carry him and stroke his neck and belly. You can even pat him while he eats during mealtimes.
He enjoys crunching on dry kibbles, the occasional treat of tuna flakes and the rare delicacy of hunted house lizards which his mother cat brings for him. He chows down on the whole carcass with much delight and will not share even a tiny morsel with the rest of the litter.
Tigger is toilet trained from very early on and will only do No.1 and No.2 in a tray of cat litter. Like his feline mother, he is constantly cleaning and grooming himself. He no longer depends on his mother's milk and is fully capable of chewing on dry kibbles and other snacks and treats you can have him try. He is fed 3-4 times daily with plenty of fresh clean water and is extremely happy playing with toy mice, cardboard boxes and just about anything that moves and makes a sound.
He is quite a loveable character and we love him to bits. We really hope that he finds a good forever home where he is loved and cared for as much as he was with us.
Back story: His feline mother is a stray cat of mixed breed that we look after. She was pregnant earlier this year and we decided to take care of the kittens when she gave birth to them and to put them up for adoption when they were old enough to be on their own. This is her first pregnancy and she was healthy when she gave birth to the litter of three kittens in April 4th. Tigger is the oldest of the three.
TanTan, Tippy and Tigger are the three kittens from the same litter. They are all up for adoption on the PetFinder.com website.
