We been trying to search for the owner but there is no luck until today. He was found walking around on his own. One thing for sure, he defo has an owner as he was well groomed when we rescued him. 2 weeks had passed on and still no sign of any owner searching for him. We trust that the best way forward is to find him a forever home.
