This poor female dog has been abandoned here about 2 years ago. I have been feeding her. She was scared to even eat in my presence when I found her. I nursed her to health. As usual, I can't provide shelter for her, therefore she can been rounded up and killed by the authorities anytime. She is subjected to bullying by human beings who dislike her presence as a stray. She is sometimes wounded and I have to take care of her wound. Therefore I am hoping someone out there is kind enough to come and catch her and adopt her. (She mysteriously disappeared on the 1st of Jan 2010, suspected being killed in an accident or killed by dog catcher or perhaps by people who dislikes her in the neighbourhood. Only God knows. I never saw her body nor any trace of her ever again. )

She was in very bad shape when I found her abandoned here. So skinny and with skin problems. After my sis-in-law brought a lot of medicine from an animal clinic in Singapore, I treated her to the medicine. With food and medicine, now, she is fine. But somebody in the neighbourhood can be so cruel that she was injured recently. I thought she would die because her wound was badly infected. But after I treated her wound - by cleaning her wound daily with saline from a syringe and with the help of antibiotics, she is fine again - healing well. Yes, hopefully someone can adopt her one day so that she got a shelter.

Thanks for being a kind hearted one...I hope the stray dog will be adopted but it might be impossible...because many are brand lovers instead of dog lovers...but, it's a white dog, that increases the percentage for her to be adopted...keep up with that good work...

Ya, that's right it is hard to find people who want to adopt the family of strays which include Papa dog, mama dog and their puppy. Haha. Just try my luck here to see anyone wants them. Thank you 2x for your words of encouragement. Hope there is a happy ending for them.

You are a very kind soul. Please don't give up hope on the strays. I have been rescueing dogs and pups since I lost one pup myself this year. If only there are more dog and cat lovers, then the strays are taken care of. Indeed some people can be very cruel. One of my neighbours does not take good care of his three dogs. He doesn't provide a proper shelter over their heads. They are either under the hot sun or drenching wet when it rains. Once I checked on the food he had given them. I was shocked to find only pig bones, fish bones and orange peel in their plastic containers. He was feeding his dogs on the waste from his kitchen bin. I am going to report this to our local SPCA soon. Hope something could be done.

Thank you, Nirvana for words of encouragement. Sometimes I feel discouraged and "lost" when some neighbours ask me to stop feeding them, hoping they will go away elsewhere. But if I stop feeding them, they will starve to death because there are simply no food around here for them to eat. Thanks once again.
